Florida’s Drivers License with the correct address
Florida vehicle registration with the correct address
Flagler County Voter Card, if you are a registered voter, with the correct address. If you are not a registered voter, there will be an affidavit that needs to be completed.
Know your Social Security Numbers
These documents are required for all owners on the deed and residing on the property.
